Payment by credit card

Standard Rate:
A valid credit card and its expiration date is required, it may be subject to a prior validity check. No charges will be made until the cancellation policy expires.
Cancellation policy Standard Rate: it is possible to cancel or modify a reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival. For bookings with arrival in August or in correspondence of long weekends and holidays, it is possible to cancel or modify a reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after the aforementioned terms, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Payment by bank transfer
Standard Rate:
A deposit of 30% of the total is required to be paid by bank transfer and balance in the structure. The 30% deposit is to be considered a confirmatory deposit and will be retained as a penalty in case of modification or cancellation of the reservation.

Non Refundable Rate:
The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. No amount can be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation.
